The new Regus CDO Downtown Tower - Regus, an IWG brand and an expert at providing professional workspaces that can be customized to the needs of any business, has helped design 1,136 square meters of office space, co-working areas, meeting rooms, and business lounges that can accommodate 249 work seating capacity. It is located at the top of SM CDO Downtown Tower (12th Floor) 

THE LAUNCHING

The unveiling of the new Regus CDO Downtown Tower was led by IWG Country Manager and Senior Vice President Lars Wittig and Damosa Land President Ricardo Lagdameo through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and site blessing at the 12th floor of SM Downtown Tower last August 8, 2023.

They have a wide and well-lit lobby area which I really like.  Each room offers a classy and cozy vibe while at work. The overlooking view of the city behind clear glass walls is a total plus for me.

Regus also offers a room solely for an individual, there's also one for double, and the rest are co-working spaces and other offices. The biggest room can cater up to 43 employees. There's also a meeting room.
